This is an entry-level role with training provided, designed for candidates who are interested in developing a career in financial services while working directly with clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with clients virtually to discuss their financial goals and needs</li><li>Provide general education on financial concepts and available solutions</li><li>Assist clients in implementing appropriate financial strategies</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with clients</li><li>Participate in training sessions and professional development</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support client service efforts</li></ul>Training &amp; DevelopmentNo prior experience is required. We provide a structured training program to help you develop the skills needed to work with clients and understand financial service offerings.This is a performance-based role. Compensation varies depending on activity and production.This position is structured as a full-time role. Flexible scheduling may be available based on performance and licensing progress.This position requires obtaining a state financial services license. The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process.Qualifications<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and organized</li><li>Ability to pass a standard background check, as required for licensing</li><li>Willingness to complete required licensing within a reasonable timeframe</li></ul>
